Our ministry has a place for every woman, and we are committed to providing the quality of leadership, encouragement and support to inspire all women to serve!!!

Women’s Ministry Mission Statement
Hebrews 10:24-25
And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.
Our Purpose
Our mission is designed to follow the biblical principle of women encouraging other women. We are one in the body of Christ and will serve in a unified spirit to develop Christian character and encourage the advancement of the Lord’s work.
Our Vision
To witness the full body of women of the WOTCC standing together, growing in effectiveness, while encouraging and celebrating unity in Christ!! Working together towards peace and development through prayer, witness and service.
Core Values
Unity -We value standing together in fellowship, enabling one another in times of adversity and in times of celebration as we work together for the extension of God's Kingdom.
Integrity - We value our differences, and work together to enhance and strengthen the identity we each have been given in Christ Jesus.
Service- We value service as our genuine response to the love we have experienced in Christ Jesus and as the way He desires us to express and develop our God given gifts.
How We Function
We gather as women working together focused to make a difference by praying, encouraging, supporting and empowering one another through the grace of God.
We vow to provide opportunities for women to grow in their personal relationship with God and to support and encourage each other in our lives as Christian women.
We offer events that introduce women to Jesus Christ and to teach them to walk daily in their relationship with HIM through the power of the Holy Spirit.
We inspire to see every woman in the church find and use her gift in the body of Christ by providing them with practical help.. as we continue to encourage them to turn their thoughts toward Jesus.
We strive to be the light God has called us to be, to bring about UNITY and not division.
It is our desire that WE compliment the ministry of the total church.
Therefore, we shall consistently join together in prayer, to exhort one another, as each one does their part in the building of the Kingdom of God.
Finally, we recognize that although a mission statement gives us focus...............God gives us direction!
